Short Biography
Riaz Moin Siddiqui is an experienced Advocate High Court with a diverse legal practice spanning civil and criminal litigation, family, succession and inheritance matters, corporate and banking law, taxation, service matters, property and registration laws, and various regulatory and specialized legal proceedings. He was enrolled as an Advocate Lower Court in 2016 and as an Advocate High Court in 2019.
His areas of legal expertise include Income Tax, Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board matters, banking offences, FIA matters, Customs, CNS and narcotics-related matters, Federal Ombudsman proceedings, NEPRA laws, Cantonment laws, property transfers, mutations, leases and gifts, as well as matters involving KDA, KMC, Military Estate Office and Defence Housing Authority. He also handles trust registration and renewal, anti-encroachment matters, appellate tax proceedings, foreign exchange matters, and company liquidation.
Mr. Siddiqui holds an LL.B. from Government S.M. Law College, Karachi, a B.Com. from St. Patrick’s Government College affiliated with the University of Karachi, and a P.G.D. in Islamic Banking & Finance from Sheikh Zayed Islamic Center, University of Karachi. He is a member of the Sindh Bar Council, Karachi Bar Association, and Sindh High Court Bar Association.
